Dr. Prerana Nallapati hails from the city of Hyderabad, India. She received her Dental Degree from Gulbarga University, India graduating at the top of her class. Kingston, Jamaica is now her home away from home as she has been practicing dentistry here from May 1998.She started her private practice in Browns Town, St. Ann and then practiced along with her husband, Dr.Sashi Nallapati in Ocho Rios, St. Ann before she moved and continues to practice in Kingston from 2007. Dr. Nallapati has pioneered the use of Magnification and Enhanced Optics in Jamaica exclusively for every step during her dental treatment as she believes you can only treat what you can see. Her unparalleled level of care continues to draw patients from all over the island to see her in Kingston.Dr. Nallapati is always warm and empathetic to all her patients as she fully understands the overwhelming emotions that a dental visit may sometimes bring. She strongly believes in building not only smiles but also relationships that last a lifetime. Her focus has always been on quality and she pursues hours of continuing education to achieve the highest standards of care that she likes to provide to her patients. She has been taught and mentored by exceptional specialists in their respective fields along her career in dentistry. She is an active member of the Jamaica Dental Association and Kingston Study club, which focus on using all that dentistry has to offer to get the best results possible for patients right here in Jamaica. She is always willing to actively give back to the society in all ways possible when called upon.
